Our Services

As a leader in our field we find it important to stress our independence.  As a company we do not perform any of the services that we recommend based off of our assessment  findings.  That independence means that we have nothing to gain by recommending a  service, and only have the customer‘s best interest at heart.

Odor Investigations

There is nothing that can ruin the ambiance of a home or productive office environment more than unpleasant odors. The problem is that everyone smells differently and these odors can be attributed to many sources: Biologicals (mold, roaches and other insects, pets), chemicals (vapor intrusion, spills, cleaners, solvents) and organics (dead animals, sewage, soil gases). Our goal is to assist you in understanding and correcting any issues that may be resulting in experiencing irritating or unpleasant odors in your facility. Since our practice is strictly limited to environmental testing and consulting – and never remediation – you’re assured of an unbiased assessment. We apply proven scientific methods, to find the reported odor character and potential pathways and sources, to offer a reasonable opportunity for identification of the following:

  • odor cause

  • potential health hazard

  • solutions for preventing and responding to similar future issues

Fire Damage Assessments

Building fires are unfortunately common and cause significant damage to structural systems including wood, concrete, and steel framing. The effects of fire damage may not be obvious to the untrained eye, but fire can release a number of toxic chemicals into the air. In addition, the damage to the building can be compounded by the water used to extinguish the fire. We rapidly evaluate extent of fire damage and determine the need for additional testing.

Microbial Testing

Every day, we come into contact with microorganisms. While many are harmless, some can cause severe illness or contaminate sterile environments. In order to reduce contamination and illness, it is important to identify threats to your home and work space. There are a wide range of contaminants and microbial growth that can be found in food products and water, but also on surfaces and in the air. When germs attack a healthy host, our immune systems kick in to keep us safe, but for those with cancer, cystic fibrosis, or other immune system disorders, microbial pathogens can be the difference between life and death. People suffering chronic disease or severe allergies can see what is in their air, water, and food to help rid your home of dangerous pathogens.
